1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if available)


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer reliable delivery options across the UK and to select international destinations.

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates may vary due to factors like customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom

  • International shipping costs vary and are shown at checkout


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (when available). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active on the carrier’s site.


5. International Shipping Notes

We proudly ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs Delays: Advaia is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs checks.


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery issues.

  • If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@advaia.shop before the order is shipped.


7. Missing or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or your order is missing products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at support@advaia.shop with your order number and photos of the item and packaging

  • We will send a replacement or refund, depending on the situation


8. Order Delays

While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • High order volumes (e.g., holidays)

  • Carrier disruptions or strikes

  • Customs processing (international)

For tracking updates, please contact the carrier directly once your order has shipped.


9. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses where possible. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.


10. Shipping Restrictions

Some remote areas or restricted countries may not be eligible for delivery due to carrier limitations. If shipping is not available to your location, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
