  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund promptly. Please note:

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or style), please:

  1. Follow the standard return process

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

We are unable to hold inventory for exchanges until a return is processed, so placing a new order ensures availability.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@advaia.shop. We will offer you the option of a replacement or full refund. Be sure to include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged/defective product

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
